Technical Quality Assurance and Hassle-Free Returns
1. The Filaloop Quality Guarantee
At Filaloop, we stand behind the technical integrity of our materials. Our filaments are manufactured under strict quality control protocols to ensure a stable printing experience:
- Diameter Consistency: We guarantee a precision of ±0.03mm across the entire spool to prevent clogging and under-extrusion.
- Material Purity: We use high-quality virgin raw materials that comply with Rohs and Reach environmental standards.
- Moisture Protection: Every spool is desiccated and vacuum-sealed immediately after production to ensure material stability upon arrival.
If you receive a product that fails to meet these technical standards, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
2. 31-Day Return Window
We offer a 31-day return policy. You have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- For 3D filaments, the vacuum seal must be unopened (unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect such as tangling or significant diameter variance).
- The product must be in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at 1505591703@qq.com. Please include the following in your email:
- Your Order Number (e.g., #FL1001).
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and the batch number on the spool.
- A brief description of the technical issue (if applicable).
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Damage Inspection
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and prioritize a resolution.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction.
