1. Order Processing Time (72-Hour Commitment)
All Filaloop orders are strictly processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 72 hours of order placement (working days, Monday to Friday). If an order is placed over the weekend, processing will begin on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Estimates & Costs
We work with major carriers like DHL, FedEx, DPD, and UPS to ensure your 3D printing supplies arrive safely:

3. Address Modifications
If you need to change your address, please contact us at 1505591703@qq.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters our 72-hour fulfillment cycle and dispatch has occurred, addresses cannot be modified.
